1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases of BitPeek. If the software does not work on your machine or does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@bitpeek.app with the following details:

  • Your Order ID (e.g., #12345678)
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • (Optional) A brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we will process it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Paddle).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. License Revocation

Please note that once a refund is processed, your license key will be immediately deactivated. The software will cease to function, and you will no longer be eligible for updates or support associated with that license.
